Delivery

Do you charge for shipping?

For Australian and New Zealand orders under $220, standard shipping is $12.95. Express shipping is $14.95 for Australian orders only.

Orders of $220 or more receive free Australia Post standard shipping. All orders are sent via Australia Post and can be tracked online: Track a Parcel.

I live overseas, am I responsible for duties and taxes?

For orders shipped outside Australia, duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the price and will be handled by us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes – we ship to most international destinations. International shipping is a flat rate of $25 USD. Most orders are delivered within 2-4 days with DHL Express, though delays can occur due to situatons outside of our control.

How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?

We guarantee all orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. Express shipping is typically next business day within metro areas, though this is not guaranteed.

Please ensure someone is available to sign for delivery. If no one is available, Australia Post will leave a collection card and the parcel will need to be collected from your local post office. For current delivery updates, please refer to Australia Post: Delivery Speeds & Coverage.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes – after ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Orders can be tracked online via Australia Post: Track a Parcel.

What are your exclusions on returns?

We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene reasons, or for any items that have been engraved.

Can I exchange my purchase for another size?

We will be happy to exchange your item for an alternative size or style, provided we have stock available. If the new item is more expensive, you’ll be required to pay the difference.

Exchanges must be within 14 days of placing your order and returned in new, unused condition to the address outlined on your invoice. 

You will be required to cover shipping back to us, but we will send the new size out to you free of charge. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your return amount.

If we do not have your requested size in stock and cannot fulfil this order, we will refund your original purchase to you (terms and conditions apply).

I have lost my jewellery. Are you able to replace it for me?

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost items and cannot replace them free of charge. If you believe your jewellery is faulty, please let us know once received, through our Contact Us form.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 14 day refund from the time you receive the goods. This excludes any earrings for hygienic reasons and any item which has been engraved. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions page for further information.

I have purchased a Najo piece in-store but I would like to return it. Can I send it back to you?

For purchases made through one of our stockists, please return the item to the store where it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. While NAJO stands by the quality of our jewellery, each stockist has its own returns policy.
