Returns and Refunds: If returning item/s from the original order and the total value of the order falls below the minimum spend required for the free gift, you must return the free gift along with a copy of the invoice/receipt to qualify for a full refund.
If the free gift is not returned, its full retail value will be deducted from your refund.

How to Care for Sterling Silver and Gold Plated Jewellery

It is natural for sterling silver jewellery to tarnish or discolour over time, particularly if the piece is worn regularly. Tarnish is caused by several factors which include:
- Exposure to moisture, humidity, direct sunlight for long periods of time.
- Acidity (ph balance) of a person’s skin, which in turn is affected, for example, by diet, medication and stress.
- Exposure to perfume, soap, moisturiser, shampoo etc. and cleaning products such as dishwashing liquid and bleach.
- Exposure to chlorine.
How to Care For Your NAJO Piece
NAJO advises against:
- Swimming, showering or undertaking vigorous exercise while wearing jewellery.
- Exposing jewellery to cleaning agents or cosmetics such as foundations, perfumes, hairsprays.
- Exposing jewellery to excessive heat or prolonged periods of direct sunlight.
- Use of commercial silver ‘dip’ solutions as they are unsuitable for cleaning hollow, oxidised, stone-set, pearl or plated jewellery and can cause surface deterioration.
- Wearing delicate jewellery on more than an occasional basis
What earrings are best for my face?
If you have a round face, long drop earrings for women are the best choice, as they create a lengthening illusion. For heart-shaped faces, wide earrings draw the eye outward to balance proportions. Women with strong jawlines and square-shaped faces can soften their profile with curved hoops and flowing shapes. If you have an oval face, you have the most options – any earring shape will look good on you.
What is the difference between huggies and hoops?
Huggies are small earrings that “hug” the earlobe. They are designed to sit snugly against the ear, just slightly larger than the earlobe itself.
Hoops earrings come in a range of sizes. Unlike huggies, hoops extend out from the ear, creating a larger and more noticeable circle. Our hoop earrings range from 15-40mm.
